Editorial standards
How we write about health.
People make decisions about their bodies based on what they read. We take that seriously. Here’s how every Ultrevity article is made.
Our principles
- Grounded in research. Health claims come from peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews or public health agencies, and we link to the original source.
- Checked against the source. Every number we quote is checked against the original paper before publishing, not a news story about it.
- Honest about what studies show. Most research describes associations across large groups of people. We say so, and we never present a test as a prediction for any one person.
- Clear and useful. Plain language, practical takeaways and safety notes where they matter.
- Dated and updated. Articles show when they were published, and we update them when the evidence changes.
What we don’t do
We don’t give medical advice, diagnose conditions or tell anyone to start or stop a treatment. Our articles are general information about functional fitness. If you have a health condition, talk with your clinician.
